  • What is Frenmo Monthly
    Frenmo Monthly offers a comprehensive childcare solution for families seeking long-term support. With a fixed monthly subscription, parents can access reliable and vetted nannies for consistent care, ensuring peace of mind and continuity for their children. We are not a nanny agency, nor do we work like one. We do not offer untrained & unverified nannies. We charge subscription money in advance. Although, if you don't like the nanny shortlisted for you, the subscription money will be refunded (before the service begins) All our childcare assistants undergo a mandatory training program curated by industry experts.
  • Can i trust childcare assistants with my child?
    Absolutely! We, at Frenmo, have the highest concern for safety of your child & we take measures to ensure that. These include: Mandatory training of all childcare assistants by reputed institutes & industry experts. Thorough background checks & police verification of all childcare assistants. All are childcare assistants are double-vaccinated against Covid-19. Live tracking feature for parents. Mandatory one-way video call with parent, clearly showing the face & whereabouts of the child, whenever the parent is away. Customer support available from 10am - 9pm.
  • Will i be charged extra for taking the childcare assistant to a location other than the original service location?
    No, there are no extra charges. However, the parent must drop the childcare assistant back to the original service location at the end of the service or by 8:30pm, or bear the cab charges for dropping the childcare assistant to the childcare assistant's residence. In case of service after 8:30 pm, overtime charges apply.
  • What are my responsibilities towards the childcare assistant if i take her to a location other than the original service location?
    In such cases, the parent has the following responsibilities : The parent must ensure safety & security of the childcare assistant against harassment of any kind. The parent must drop the childcare assistant back to the original service location at the end of service or by 8:30 pm ist, whichever is earlier. If the parent is unable to drop the childcare assistant back to the original location , the parent must bear responsibility of booking & paying for the cab to drop the childcare assistant to her residence. Overtime/Night time is subject to availability of childcare assistant at that time. If childcare assistant agrees for overtime/night time service, additional charges apply.
  • Dos & Don'ts during service
    We request parents to keep in mind the following Dos & Don'ts. Dos: Make sure to provide the correct location in the booking form. Ensure wifi access to the childcare assistant so that you can make full use of the security features like live tracking & one-way video call. Allow childcare assistant to have lunch, drink water and/or the restroom during the service. Keep taking updates from the childcare assistant about the child. Always ensure the childcare assistant faces no harassment of any kind. If taking the childcare assistant to a location other than the original service location, make sure to drop her back to the original service location at the end of service or 8:30pm ist, whichever is earlier, or bear the responsibility to book & pay for the cab to drop to childcare assistant's residence. Don'ts: Do not ask the childcare assistant to do any household chores other than those associated with childcare. Do not let the childcare assistant unattended in a room or space with high value items, for e.g, gold ornaments, cash, etc. Do not force the childcare assistant to stay overtime if she does not agree.

  • What is Frenmo Flexi?
    Frenmo Flexi is a childcare service that offers secure & expert childcare assistants at home, giving parents the flexibility to choose their own duration between 1 to 15 days as per their needs. Frenmo Flexi offers even greater flexibility where parents can cancel or renew the service anytime, and only have to pay after service! We are not a nanny agency, nor do we work like one. We do not offer untrained & unverified nannies. All our childcare assistants undergo a mandatory training program curated by industry experts.
  • Where is Frenmo Flexi operational & what are the hours?
    Frenmo Flexi is operational in Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida. For Frenmo Flexi, recommended hours of service are from 10:30 pm to 8:30 pm daily with one weekly off for the childcare assistant. However, the hours can be modified after mutual agreement between the parents & the childcare assistant. Frenmo does not charge any overtime fee in this plan. Any overtime fee shall be decided by the parents & childcare assistant among themselves.
  • How do I book?
    Follow the following procedure to book: Click "Book Childcare Assistant Now!" or "Book Frenmo Flexi Now!" on this website. You'll be redirected to whatsapp where you have to choose "Book Frenmo Flexi" on the chatbot. Choose "Book Now" on the chatbot & fill google form for meet up with childcare assistant. We will call you within 10 minutes to confirm details. Meet up with childcare assistant at your preferred location. Approve childcare assistant & fill confirmation form. Sit back, relax & enjoy the best childcare services in town!
  • Can i meet the childcare assistant before finalising one?
    Absolutely! Frenmo Flexi offers parents the flexibility to choose their preferred childcare assistant by facilitating a meet up between the parents & the childcare assistant at a location chosen by the parents. In case the parents do not approve the childcare assistant, another childcare assistant will be assigned for meet up with parents. Also, there are no charges for the meet up!
  • What if my childcare assistant goes on a leave due to any reason?
    In such cases, Frenmo sends a replacement childcare assistant to fill in for the absentee. If no replacement is available, Frenmo shall not charge the parents for that period of absenteeism.
  • Can i take the childcare assistant out of town or for an overnight stay?
    You can take the childcare assistant anywhere during the service hours, for example, to a party, mall, salon, etc. However, in case of outstation travel or overnight stay, Frenmo recommends the parents to discuss this with the childcare assistant directly. Only after mutual agreement can the parents take the childcare assistant out of town or for an overnight stay. Frenmo does not charge any extra fee for this. Any extra fee shall be discussed with the childcare assistant directly.
  • Can i cancel or extend my service duration?
    Absolutely! Frenmo Flexi is a plan that lets parents cancel, extend or renew their service duration at any point of time. All you have to do is to call our customer support & let them know. Its that simple!
  • When do I have to pay?
    Frenmo only asks for payment after the service duration is complete, or, at the time of cancelation, extension or renewing of service duration. Currently, we accept only online payments including UPI & bank transfer.
